**I am unable to assign Additional IP to my new dedicated server (KS11)**

I have purchased a total of six IP address through the API as web panel does not seem to work correctly, unfortunately, I do not seem to be able to assign them to my virtual server.

In all cases I get An error occurred on moving the IP 178.32.xxx.xxx/32 to ns3xxxxxx.ip-xxx-xx-xx.eu. (This is not an available destination : Dedicated refuse to take ip)

Can anyone advise on what to do? I have opened a support ticket, but have not heard back yet.
