Howto to identify an alias in Outlook from the real account

Howto to distinct email to alias from email send to the read exchange account ?

We create an alias when somebody leaves our enterprise.
We would like to make a distinction between email send to the real email adresse and email send to the alias adresse. In Outlook 365, we want to reply with a message like this "Please, use now the new adress@ourcompany"
In outlook, I can distinct the recipient in the email header but I can't apply rules on this information.
Is there a tips to get things done ?
