I tried to pay an overdue bill, was charged 3 times and still no renewal of services.
It's been 2 days now, all off and no response anywhere.
Please someone?
The billing system is in place and it will never charge 3 times for same invoice, i think its some other thing happen but if you missed a payment then i believe service will be suspended and followed by termination within 7 days period of time. If the 7 days is not yet passed i suggest give a call to OVH Support and they can look further into the matter.
