We are encountering an issue with attachment preview in Zimbra.
The old viewer / classic viewer works correctly and allows opening attachments, especially PDF files.
However, with the new viewer, the preview does not work. The following message is displayed:
"The preview of this file is not supported."
The problem also occurs with standard PDF files, correctly named with the .pdf extension.
Storage quota is not the cause: the mailbox uses about 3 GB of 15 GB.
Could you check whether there is currently a known issue with the new Zimbra viewer at OVHcloud, or if a setting needs to be changed on the server side?
I tried with a one‑page PDF and it also doesn't work.
