Base de donnée introuvable

Bonjour,

Cordialement, janus57

Hello, I have the same problem, I can't find the database to retrieve my admin password. My WordPress /wp-admin/ password doesn't work. Even the reset doesn't work. Case [CS16732853] - completely white site. For your information, I did see the database tab in the hosting panel, but the field is empty.

Need help please

Hello @auser096

By following my guide, perform a full restoration of your site to an earlier date

Hello @auser096

I see that your database has been completely deleted.

How long have you had this problem?

What did you do a few days before this problem occurred?

Hello Gaston

I didn’t do anything. Not even an update. I just noticed after my holidays that my site had vanished from the radar. I asked OVH, and they tell me that, on their end, they can see my DB.

ok; thanks. I have the backups from 2 weeks.

Hello @FabL

So where is the answer from @auser096?

I don’t see the quick correction of the AI error that was fixed by someone from the OVH team.

Hi @Gaston

If the AI detects that the content might be spam, toxic, or inappropriate, it immediately hides the post and sends it to a review queue for the moderation team to evaluate.

Who can see that post are the author themselves, the moderation team, and the administrators.

Hello @sturpin

I understand all that, but often the "Correct" messages can remain hidden all weekend.
