Hello,

I just created a Public Cloud project for setting up an external MySQL database, not linked to a web hosting service. This is my first time using Public Cloud, and I don't understand how to connect to the database to start creating my tables.

Is there a connection URL for the phpMyAdmin panel (a web interface)?

I used ESKUEL a long time ago, which I had installed on my personal shared hosting.

The last update dates back to 2013; is it still usable?
