Can I recover data from my old OVH account that was deleted?

Hello OVH Community,

I had an OVH account under which I was managing my projects, including Fransverse. Unfortunately, that account was deleted for some reason. I have now created a new OVH account, and I am trying to recover the data from my old account.

I would like to know:

  • Is it possible to recover old VPS, snapshots, or object storage data from a deleted account?

  • If yes, what steps should I follow to migrate this data to my new account?

Any guidance, official procedures, or tips from the community would be highly appreciated.

Hello,

Please be more explicit. I am not confident that OVH will keep backups of old VPS virtual disks or shapshots belonging to deleted accounts (for more than a couple of days)

What is Fransverse ? I never heard of it.
