Can not reach My server

I have an urgent issue I can note reach my server IP its reject any connection

and I try hard to contact with OVH support but faild

even when I try to connect throw KVM

Is your server hosted at Strasbourg?

In your manager, you can see the location of your server.

Click on your servers' name. In the information panel you should see "location" or "datacenter" with the name of where your server is located (Eg: SBG-1 or GRA-1…)

the problem is i can t found my server neither my dns, i get this message :

You have to be patient then :/. Because of the fire everything is impacted but if you server is unreachable right now chances are high that you are hosted at Strasbourg.
