# Cannot change DNS server

Hi,  
  
I buy a domain name, I would like change DNS server because I see [parking2.ovh.net](http://parking2.ovh.net) and [parking1.ovh.net](http://parking1.ovh.net).  
  
If I click on "Modify DNS server", Impossible to enter a new one.  
If I click on "Reinitialising DNS", nothing append…  
  
I create a ticket but no answer…  
  
Someone have an idea ?

Hi Oliviers I have the same problem now with a domain, everything worked I renewed the domain as I always do for other domains, the domain focuses on parking1.ovh.net and I can't unlock the situation, the useless support always sends me back to stupid guides that do not solve anything, meanwhile the site has been offline for days. If you have solved it can you tell me how? Or am I forced to change supplier?

Navré pour cette problématique 😕

Pour résoudre cela, je vous invite à ouvrir un ticket d'assistance et à me communiquer le numéro du ticket, je pourrai relancer une synchro qui va corriger le souci.
