Cannot initiate any outbound TCP connections

VPS 51.38.131.206 cannot initiate any outbound TCP connections (port 80/443/22 all timeout). Inbound SSH works. Traceroute dies at 10.200.x.x (OVH backbone). Please check egress routing for this VPS.

Is there any option to check it?

The traceroute went smoothly. The problem was with the rules on the edge firewall. I’ve now fixed it, and communication works as I planned with GitHub. It also looks good. Thanks for the help.
