I'm trying to renew my domain but either from the link in the email than from the control panel I get the same error after being redirected to the french site
"Le service yyyyyy.eu n'est pas renouvelable : ."
I've opened a ticket but is waiting some blessed soul to check it. The domain is disabled even I want to pay for it.
