Can I change once connected (non-ovh) domain to my new domain bought on ovh and not lose all the additional plans?
Same thing with changing domain in MX.
We changed our domain from schronisko.gorzow.pl to schronisko-gorzow.pl

It's possible to detach a domain name from the hosting and to order an MX Plan so as not to lose the e-mails already created and thus allocate the MX Plan linked to the hosting to another domain name.
