J'ai effectué l'achat d'un VPS sur OVH par Paypal depuis mais la commande a ete refusée pourtant Paypal a pris les sous. Veuillez m'aider à comprendre ce qui se passe svp

J'ai également appelé +33 9 72 10 10 07 sans succès
