Hello,
I use the email forwarding offered by OVH so that I have XXX@my.domain addresses that are forwarded to my ISP’s email.
These past few days, I haven’t been able to log in to Chargemap. Indeed, they added an email challenge. But I don’t receive their emails. After contacting their support, they tell me that all their emails originating from chargemap.com are being rejected.
Thinking it was my provider, I changed the forwarding to another email provider. Same result.
So I am starting to think that the OVH tool is the cause of this rejection.
How can I allow emails from @chargemap.com on my domain?
Hi @GuilhemB1
Honestly I would recommend hiring a full OVH mail service (like Zimbra Starter or an offer with a mailbox), where the domain manages mail directly and doesn’t rely on redirects. With a real mail account you don’t depend on the OVH server “forwarding” the mail elsewhere.
Let us know, cheers.

Hello,
Did they provide the error message generated upon the rejection?
Here is the information they gave me. But no error code.
With that you can’t do anything.
If the OVH server sends an explicit message and we’re not bothered enough to copy it into the error table, that’s a bit of a drag on chargemap’s part.
