Mon problème est le suivant : je reçois quotidiennement des dizaines de spams. La majorité d'entre eux sont écrits en russe ou en chinois (pourtant je ne vais jamais sur des sites russes ou chinois).
J'ai tenté de mettre en place des filtres anti-spam, avec "Sujet du message contient и", "Sujet du message contient д" etc, pour avoir une filtration sur l'alphabet russe, et j'ai fait de même avec les caractères chinois. Mais ces filtres ne fonctionnent absolument pas. Je continue de recevoir des dizaines de spams par jour.
Et ça, ce ne sont que les spams en russe et en chinois. J'en reçois aussi énormément d'autres langues (anglais principalement). Sachant que je n'ai que très peu utilisé cette adresse email en ligne (elle figure sur mon site web en tant que contact, encore que maintenant elle est sous la forme contact[at]un****.com (évitons de la rajouter ici). Je ne suis pas inscrit sur des dizaines de sites web…
Je ne comprends pas qu'un service comme OVH ne filtre pas mieux tous ces spams. Et surtout, que les filtres qu'on met en place ne sont absolument pas pris en compte.
Dois-je changer de service ? Y a-t-il une vraie solution ? Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens à ce sujet sur ce forum, et rien n'est fait.
Parallèlement à ça, je suis développeur web, et j'ai incité des dizaines et des dizaines de clients à prendre leur hébergement chez OVH et j'ai créé leur adresse email également chez OVH. Eux aussi sont submergés de spams. Au bout d'un moment, est-ce que je dois arrêter d'utiliser OVH et me barrer avec tous mes clients chez la concurrence ? Connaissez-vous un autre acteur qui gère mieux cela ?

Pouvez-vous dévoiler l'intégralité des en-têtes SMTP d'un de cas mails ? (sauf l'adresse du destinataire pour ne pas l'exposer encore plus en public)
Il y a des fortes chances qu'ils proviennent de votre site lui-même, via un formulaire de contact qui est abusé.

Pour votre info, vous expédiez vos mails à partir de la fonction "mail()" , le nombre de mails envoyés par cette voie est indiqué dans votre espace clients > hébergement > (+) > mails et scripts.
Je confirme que ça provient bien d'un formulaire, et l'adresse mail du demandeur est certainement demandée dans le formulaire.
Vous devez mettre un captcha ou supprimer le formulaire.

Non, le sender "ekatarina…" n'est pas moi. Mon email est contact@unsautcom
Mon site est sous Wordpress, pas sous Drupal.
Et les résultats du formulaire de mon site sont envoyées sur une autre adresse email, pas sur contact@unsautcom qui reçoit tous ces spams. Je n'ai aucun formulaire de contact qui envoie ses résultats vers cette adresse email (à moins qu'une personne se soit amusée à créer un formulaire avec mon adresse comme destinataire, mais ça me semble improbable).

Le souci, c'est qu'a priori, chaque email est envoyé avec un sender différent, et j'en reçois plusieurs par jour. Du coup, si cela implique qu'à chaque email, je fasse une plainte à OVH, cela va me prendre un temps fou.
N'y a-t-il pas une autre solution ? Pourquoi les filtres sur des caractères russes ou chinois ne fonctionnent pas ?

Quel est ce site sur cluster023 qui est programmé pour vous adresser des mails depuis un formulaire ?

et ceci depuis un site Drupal. Je vois sur votre site unsautenava**.com que vous maîtrisez cette plateforme, c'est sans doute un site que vous avez réalisé pour un client ?

Effectivement, je viens d'aller voir la liste de mes clients, et l'un d'entre eux est sur le cluster023. Je suis allé voir les résultats du formulaire de contact de son site et je retrouve tous les emails que j'ai reçu (3104…je commençais à en avoir marre ^^).
Donc déjà, j'ai fait une erreur en étant resté le réceptionnaire de ses messages (heureusement, il n'en reçois visiblement jamais de réelles personnes). Mais par contre, ce qui est bizarre c'est que j'ai bien recaptcha Google d'activé, ce qui aurait dû empêcher les spams. Je vais installer un autre antispam et voir ce que ça donne, puis je remettrai son adresse en tant que destinataire.
Quoiqu'il en soit, ça résout ce problème de spams chinois et russes. Merci infiniment !
