Configuration Microsoft Exchange vs Zimbra

Hello,

I purchased Microsoft Exchange as a solution to manage my email and calendar sync with the Microsoft environment.

Previously, I had acquired from OVH a domain name and Zimbra in order to create a temporary email that I used for 2 months with an IMAP sync protocol on my Outlook application.

When I try to configure Exchange, I am blocked at the selection of my domain name and cannot proceed.

This hinders me because:

  • I can't sync my mail on the Outlook mobile app
  • I can't sync my calendar events

Can you assist me?

ps: the fact that there is no support and the configuration forms are broken in every way without client information to allow getting out of it, it's still surprising...

What is your domain name, please? On which device(s) are you experiencing the problem? Does Outlook display a version number?

The problem seems to be on OVH's side, where I can’t even select the domain name in the configuration.
