Configure SMTP for copier

Hello!

I am trying to configure my Konica copier so that it can send e‑mails (in practice, scanned documents from the copier).
The copier is connected to my OVH box, and I need to set up the outgoing server (SMTP).

I don’t have the SMTP configuration… Can anyone help me?

Hello Philippe!

You probably need to set on the copier (I don’t have a copier, I loosely followed a doc found online):

  • Email Sending Activation: ON
  • Scan Sending: ON
  • SMTP server address: ssl0.ovh.net
  • Port number: 587
  • SSL/TLS usage: STARTTLS
  • Certificate verification setting: CN: Do not confirm
  • Sender address:
  • SMTP authentication: enabled
  • SMTP auth method: PLAIN
  • User ID:
  • Access code:
  • Domain name: leave empty
  • Authentication setting: [Utuilis. Input Values]
