Hello,

Hello @ftarp
For this you need to already have an OVH account..
Then, in agreement and in coordination with your client, with the OVH manager you go to the contact settings and declare yours as the technical contact for the domain, hosting and email.
This will lead you into a series of email dialogues and on the OVH site you and your partner to accept the contact modifications.
Hello @Gaston and thank you for this first feedback.
We have already performed this operation for the Domain and Mail sections, but nothing shows up for hosting. However, it isn’t a simple/classic site hosting; it’s the recently introduced Managed Hosting for WordPress.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hello @ftarp
Oops! I didn’t know about that.
Personally, I prefer to install manually and manage the sites myself.
At first glance, that’s indeed what you marked with a red arrow.
Yes, no doubt, but there’s no button to edit these accounts like there is in other OVH manager services.
So I opened a ticket to get an answer.
Hi @ftarp,
Managed Wordpress is a relatively new product, and limited to certain geographic areas, so some features may not be present.
Let me check with the product owners and get back to you here ![]()
And it seems to me that because it’s a new offering, changing the contact is not yet possible, just like Zimbra.
I’ll let you confirm that for us @GabriDB ![]()
Astérix
Good morning,
Yes, they confirmed to me that it is still not available.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience ![]()
Thanks for the confirmation ![]()

“Too bad.”
Indeed, it’s a shame not to be able to delegate the technical management on this type of service
It could become frequent.
Any idea of the implementation timeline?
No production date for this feature at the moment, sorry ![]()
