# Control Panel -\> Cloud hang

Hello.
I have purchased a VPS and my order has went through and has been processed.
I am following this to set it up: [https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/vps/getting-started-vps/](https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/vps/getting-started-vps/)
But when I click on "Cloud" in my control panel, loading screen is just spinning. Google console shows a lot of 503 http errors and at the end: Failed to load resource: net::ERR\_CONNECTION\_TIMED\_OUT
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Oh and I have tried 3 browsers and even connecting from a different machine running Linux.

I have the same problem, none of my services or invoice information is available in the control panel. Our VPS is still active and responding to requests. But we cannot access anything on the control panel. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Getting the same error.
