Your e-mail provider may have been victim of a worldwide problemn with the spamcop blacklist.
Cisco forgot to renew the domain in time, the domain was served by Sedo, and all e-mail server owners who relied on Spamcop to block spam, have rejected 100% of the incoming mails.
This may explain millions (or billions) false positives since yesterday around 3pm GMT. These mails are lost or returned to their senders.
Nice shout, but this started several days ago (actually I tried last week), and as I say, the email isn't marked as Spam, it just never arrives at all…

BTW, as you (presumably) predicted, it's now working again…
And now it's down again
Given the lack of phone support, this is a real pain!
