If I well understand, it's impossible to disable OVH FW during DDoS.
But how to know a DDoS is in progress against a VPS ?
Should I get a message when I try to disable OVH firewall ?

When you are under attack and we have detected the attack, you would get an email to notify you that an attack is detected and we are mitigating the attack. You would also get an email once the attack has ended and we stopped mitigating the attack.
