Today the server im running has been extremely slow and keeps dropping connection, i run a gaming platform off this and everyone joining has extremely high ping. I haven't amended anything its just started off its own accord. Its making applications freeze, has anyone else noticed a drop in performance today?
This might be the case :-
Lots of traffic
Extra large images (and complex file format)
Code density
Text graphics
Too many file requests (RTTs)
Too many plugins
Unnecessary redirects
An outdated CMS
