Demande aide installation module Joomla impossible

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

Mon nom de domaine est : annelemee.org
Et j'utilise l'offre : Kimsuffit
Je souhaiterais mettre en place le module joomla mais je n'y arrive pas.
"Sur l'interface joomla j'ai ce premier message:
We have detected that your server is using PHP 7.4.33 which is obsolete and no longer receives official security updates by its developers. Furthermore, we cannot recommend a newer PHP version because you are using an outdated Joomla! version. We recommend updating Joomla! and then following further PHP upgrade instructions."

quand je clique sur update joomla, je suis renvoyée vers une autre page indiquant l'update version 3.10.12 à télécharger.
une fois téléchargée, et après avoir cliqué sur install the update
j'ai un nouveau message d'erreur:
"ERROR:
Could not open archive part file www/tmp/Joomla_3.10.12-Stable-Update_Package.zip for reading. Check that the file exists, is readable by the web server and is not in a directory made out of reach by chroot, open_basedir restrictions or any other restriction put in place by your host."

voilà, j'ai besoin d'aide car tout ceci est trop compliqué pour moi.

N'auriez-vous pas rempli à 100% votre espace disque FTP ?

Le principe pour JOOMLA est le Même que pour WORDPRESS.
