Disable automatic SMS reply in Time2Chat at the end of a conversation

Hello, we rent a Time2chat number on which our customers send SMS.
We reply by SMS (notification of successful receipt) directly via a CGI.

But the problem is that after 24 hours the user receives another automatic SMS indicating the conversation has been closed. We do not want to send this automatic reply that is configured in the Time2chat number.
Is that possible?
Because currently we cannot leave the field empty in:

Conversational SMS: Time2Chat
Automatic replies
2. If you do not reply to customer messages
They will receive a message after 24 hours telling them that the conversation is finished.

and yet in the SMS options we have set "Call a script hosted by you"

Reply options
Information
When receiving an SMS following the sending of an SMS that allows a reply, three choices are offered to you:
Do nothing
[Call a script hosted by you]
Reply automatically with a predefined text (cost: at least 1 SMS depending on the predefined text requested)
You can also, in parallel, be notified of the receipt of an SMS by Email (free) or SMS (cost: 1 SMS).

But we have the impression that this does not communicate with the automatic SMS configuration of Time2chat.
Do you have any idea, please?

Hello @eclair

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to send nothing
That’s how the product works – a response is required otherwise the chat will close. It’s also not possible to send an empty message.

Astérix

Hello Asterix, thank you for your quick response.
Do you mean that even if we send a reply SMS via CGI and the OVH SMS account, we cannot send a signal to close the Time2chat conversation on our side? And that in any case an automatic SMS will be sent 24 hours later?

I confirm, yes:
