Hello everyone,
I need to transfer a domain from a hosting provider to OVH, it's a critical website hosted in my server, then I only want OVH to manage the DNS and ideally I would like to know if at the order, all DNS records will be copied from the old provider or if I have to expect some disruption.

you can create a dns zone from your customer area and prepare it,
https://docs.ovh.com/gb/en/domains/create_a_dns_zone_for_a_domain_which_is_not_registered_at_ovh/
you can then change the dns servers and once the propagation is complete initiate the transfer.

I want to transfer my domain away from OVH. When entering the outgoing transfer tag under "Outgoing transfer tag" I get the notification: "An error has occurred: (Internal server error)". When trying to create a ticket about this error I get the notification: "Your support level does not include the option of creating a ticket for advice on using OVHcloud services. Please refer to our documentation, or contact the community with any questions you may have."
Please help! I just want to leave OVH!
