"email address is on the SenderFilterConfig list"

Hi everyone,
one of my business contacts, with whom I've been exchanging emails for years, cannot send me emails anymore.
She's getting an error message with "email address is on the SenderFilterConfig list".
I have not added her email address to such list, that I'm aware of.
How can I remove her email address from that list?

Dears,

I have the same issue. Mails from hotmail and outlook not reaching some of the Domain mailbox. Same error message. Impossible to find where the "SenderFilterConfig list" is so I can remove this email address from the list.

Any idea?
