you will have to take an offer such as a vps or a dedicated server and install your own e-mail server. This will allow you to determine which options can be activated.

Given the upcoming move to Zimbra, with the new platform, will the possibility of having a catchall account be added?
Zimbra supports it but, obviously, OVH must be able to let it do so.
I hope someday it will be supported, so for us it's the main blocker for considering using OVH for emails.
This is a major show stopper for migrating my last domain from united domains to ovh - would really be great to make catch all posible.

Catch-all is also a spam catcher. OVH will certainly not support it at any time.
This feature has been revoked more or less 15 years ago.
If you really want a catch-all, look elsewhere, or build your mail server on a VPS for example.
