Hello, I can no longer access the site. According to the logs, this has been happening since 4 a.m. on May 7.
reply on May 8 at 4:47 PM:
what is the address of this site?
Hello @SteveT
What domain is it about?
So, moderators (both male and female), is there really nobody to validate my answers? ? ?
Let's give our moderator some time to get their bearings
In this category, it shouldn't be a problem for members of your rank anymore, normally.
Message pending approval for hours even though I'm the author of the post—seriously, the new version, meh on that point. Meanwhile, the site is showing a 502, no big deal. At least I'm getting a response, which is good, thanks.
For info:
- No logs in my OVH panel for a few days.
- No sensitive files modified by hackers in my hosting FTP.
Loss of credibility with Google and other search engines; 5xx error alerts are pouring in.

Hello,
I have the impression that cluster024 does not have the same status as the other clusters.
All clusters have been migrated to cluster1XX instead of cluster0XX except yours.
There is indeed a server responding at the address cluster124, but it has a different IP address and does not recognize your domain name.
Tell us a bit whether the acquisition of your hosting has any particular aspects that justify being treated separately?
Nothing special, I had chosen it when it was available (Offer "Cloud Web 1", Datacenter: "eu-west-gra").
After more than six days, the site appears to be back to how it was, with no explanation...
Site back "under maintenance".
An OVH official should reply here. @BrunoB perhaps?
Did you create an incident ticket?
Yes, I opened an incident ticket and they tell me "We will respond...".
So @SteveT
Call OVH support at +33 9 72 10 10 07.
Prefer between 8am and 9am in the morning, or around 3 pm there is less waiting.
Or already now on Twitter @ovh_support_fr or #OVHcloudsupport
Good evening,
No processing apart from cluster024. This migration is largely "administrative" for us, with only a few changes. However, there is no functional difference between a 0xx cluster and a 1xx cluster.

Here's the ticket response, great...
Hello Sir, I confirm that the error has already been fixed by our administrators. Please share your experience with our support: https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/ovhcloud.com Thank you and see you soon on Trustpilot!
That's false, the site is still down! It works intermittently.
Hello @SteveT
Did you call support?
Yes (after a 50‑minute wait), someone noticed that there was an issue on their servers and took over the ticket.
To be continued...
