Erreur de nom de domaine

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un problème au niveau de mon nom de domaine de mon site web, J'ai acheté un nom de domaine en même temps que mon hébergement, et mon site affiche "site en construction" quand je souhaite voir le front. Egalement, je ne peux que le voir sous la forme "www.monsite.fr@monadressemail@gmail.com" je n'ai jamais eu ce cas auparavant. Comment je peux revenir à la normale?

C'est que vous avez introduit cette adresse e-mail là où on vous suggérait d'installer votre site dans /www/

Si vous installez Wordpress à la main,
https://docs.ovh.com/fr/hosting/installer-manuellement-wordpress/

vous n'auriez pas fait cette erreur.

j'ai effectué le changement de nom du dossier index via filezila et je n'ai plus du tout accès à mon site, la page me dit que la base de donnée est déconnecté, alors que je ne suis qu'aller voir si je pouvais trouver ce que vous aviez conseillé dans le guide (je n'ai pas trouvé ou faire la modification)…

Désolé, mais j'ai peur qu'ayant fait une mauvaise installation avec cette m***e de Un Clic, vous ne soyez obligé de tout reprendre à Zéro.

A moins que @Fritz2cat, @TTY, @janus57, etc. ne trouvent une solution miracle.

Essayez en faisant comme suit et dans cet ordre:

1)
Dans wp-admin/ section générale, changez l'adresse de votre site:
ancien: http://www.1bouillottes.fr/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.combouillottes.fr/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.com
nouveau: http://www.1bouillottes.frbouillottes.fr

Il est probable que vous n'aurez plus accès à votre site
2)
Dans OVH Espace client > hébergement > multisite
pour les 2 sites 1bouillottes.frbouillottes.fr et www.1bouillottes.frbouillottes.fr
vous changez le dossier racine en ajoutant /petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.com
par exemple si l'ancien est www
alors vous le remplacez par www/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.com

Selon la manière dont votre site a été réalisé, il se pourrait qu'il y ait des objets de formattage ou des objets décoratifs qui manquent car ils référencent toujours l'adresse fausse.
Impossible de le deviner.

Enfin il y a une possibilité avec .htaccess de réécrire les accès http://www.1bouillottes.fr/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.combouillottes.fr/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.com pour supprimer "/petit.ange.bouillotte@gmail.com" mais tout ça c'est du bricolage qu'on verra plus tard.

Il vaudrait mieux refaire votre site sur des bonnes bases.

_Il faut absolument éviter les Solutions en "Un clic" de OVH qui souvent sont anciennes._
_Privilégier les installations manuelles._

Si vous n'avez pas encore trop travaillé sur votre site, il faudrait supprimer cette "Installation en 1 clic".
**Et installer WordPress manuellement.**

Si le fichier **/www/wp-config.php** existe, les informations d'accès à la base de données pour WordPress se trouvent dans ce fichier :

> define('DB_NAME', 'xxx'); // Le nom de la base de donnees
> define('DB_USER', 'xxx'); // Votre identifiant MySQL

Si le fichier **/www/wp-config.php** n'existe pas ou plus, suivre la procédure

Pour supprimer cette installation en un clic :
* Par FTP FileZilla vider tout le contenu de www, **mais garder www**
* Via phpmyadmin, supprimer toutes les tables, **mais garder la base**

**Manager OVH > Web Cloud > Hébergement > TonDomaine > Bases de données** :
- En cliquant sur "..." aller "Accéder à PhpMyAdmin"
- et Supprimer toutes les tables, **pas la base.**
