SMTP 450 error

Hello

I have an SMTP 450 error on erias.eu even though everything was working fine before.

Even on OVH's Roundcube where the domain is hosted, it says it can't find either the domain or the username.
I tried a test with eee@erias.eu (which is a hard‑coded POP account).

I saw somewhere that I needed to reset the DNS zone. I did, but without success.

Help

Hello Jean,

It appears that some records in your DNS zone have disappeared and/or been modified.

The SPF does not authorize any server to send emails:
IN TXT "v=spf1 -all"

But worse, there is no MX, so you won’t receive any either.

You need to restore as best as possible what has disappeared.

In addition to @LibreMaster’s diagnostic, you now have a button to restore your domain’s settings.

Thank you

I found it in the meantime. Sorry. The domain was still active and “alive” in the OVH back‑office, but actually it was dead and not renewed by the person I wanted to help… 2020!
That domain on that account is actually dead.
Thanks for your insight
