Erreur Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

Bonjour, je reçois des mails avec l'objet Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender des adresses suivantes :
MAILER-DAEMON@mo544.mail-out.ovh.net
MAILER-DAEMON@mo582.mail-out.ovh.net
MAILER-DAEMON@mo559.mail-out.ovh.net

Il y a un fichier joint mais impossible à ouvrir car le format n'est pas reconnu.

Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider svp ?

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas d'où vous avez tiré ce SPF: `"v=spf1 a mx ptr -all"`

mais c'est tout faux.

Remplacez-le par `"v=spf1 include:mx.ovh.com -all"`, attendez 10 minutes et refaites un test.

Cette modification est à faire dans votre espace client > Domaines > zone DNS
