Error: Unable to find flavor with name d2-2

I'm attempting to create instances in public cloud via the API and I'm getting the error:

Error: Unable to find flavor with name d2-2

Is this flavor not available in all regions, or is there some limit to the number I can create? Why would I be running into this error?

The problem indeed persists, but honestly I doubt that the community will be able to help me on an undocumented error that is produced by your API. I have tested by re-running the deployment hourly until it goes through and it usually does, until it fails again, but this is why I ask the specific questions:

* Is d2-2 available in all regions?
* Is there a limit on the number of these instances that I can create, or that can be created in a location?
