Electronic invoicing for European customers

Hello,

With the arrival of electronic invoicing, we should normally receive invoices via a PEPPOL-compatible platform.

In the OVH interface, for French customers, it seems possible to enter the SIRET to correctly identify the company on the network.

However, what about foreign customers who do not have a SIRET number?

For example, in Belgium, the identifier used on the PEPPOL network is generally the company number (equivalent to the VAT number without the country prefix "BE").

Is there a plan to allow entering other types of PEPPOL identifiers besides the SIRET in order to enable automatic sending of electronic invoices to companies located outside France?

Hello @Ahoubart

If you can’t set up the number equivalent to the French VAT, you can try doing it via the API: https://api.eu.ovhcloud.com/console/?section=%2Fme&branch=v1#put-/me

Feel free to contact the billing team support (by phone, live chat, or a support ticket) so we can help you set it up in case it doesn’t work through the API above.
