Can I use free hosting given to add another domain to it (bought outside OVH)?
Sorry for lack of professional language, but om just starting my journey with webdevelopment.

IMHO you can use the free web hosting 100MB/free one e-mail address with 5GB "only" with a domain name that you have in your OVH control panel.
So either import the domain to OVH, or just buy one of the cheap ones for 1y on offer for testing would be my advise.
