Hello everyone,

one of my domain name is : rauhut.eu and I use the offer : PRO

Today I noticed that I'm not able anymore to sent emails from my OVH mail adresses to email recipients at t-online.de.

The error code is always the same:

In the Telekom forum exists already a thread concerning the problem.

It would be fine, if those two big players OVH and german Telekom will find a solution to this problem.

Tried this?

Configuring a DKIM record

I think the error message is in this part:
5.1.9 (DKIM reject DKIMr) Missing, invalid or non-matching DKIM signature_

Please let us know if it resolved your problem.

Also you may want to have a look at my post (link below) that I believe has some useful info and
where I have looked into how to get free OVH e-mail
compliant with the DKIM/MTA-STS, but that is impossible
as OVH offers one e-mail address for free but my e-mails end up in SPAM
folders or rejected because of missing ability to configure DKIM on free e-mail address.

Would German equivalent of this be a car without a dashboard? I can drive it, but would not know
how fast I will be going, what my fuel level is etc. as with the e-mail solution for free e-mail account or e-mail without DKIM I will not know if the recipient seen my e-mail in Spam folder (let's face it, who checks their Spam filter)?

Yes, I tried.

Even for the Pro Mail account I'm not be able to communicate with t-online.de destinations.

It would have been helpful to have more information in your reply .....<br />as &#34;not able to communicate&#34; really does not tell me anything :(<br />but let&#39;s try to help you ;)<br /><br /><br />Did you check your settings with:<br /><br />**https://mxtoolbox.com/**<br />check the following:<br />- dns lookup<br />- dns check<br />- dmarc lookup<br />- spf lookup<br />- dns propagation<br /><br />Also run the check on your DKIM for that you will need to enter &#34;selector&#34;<br />which is in your TXT record for DKIM<br /><br />**whateveryouset**.rauhut._domainkey<br />TXT<br />v&#61;DKIM1;t&#61;s;p&#61;MIGf.............QAB<br /><br />SELECTOR &#61; whateveryouset.rauhut<br /><br />So in MXToolBox you enter the following to check (SELECTING DKIM Lookup):<br />rauhut.eu: whateveryouset. rauhut<br /><br />or if only interested in checking DKIM:<br />dkim:rauhut.eu: whateveryouset. rauhut<br /><br /><br />Just a quick check and you have not got a DMRAC set on your domain &#34;rauhut.eu&#34;:<br />https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action&#61;mx%3arauhut.eu&amp;run&#61;toolpage<br /><br /><br />It&#39;s a quick fix, just one TXT entry in your DNS record, please read on DMRAC so you understand how it works. My record is following, but it&#39;s important you understand the line fully and you need to subsitute domain.ovh with your own one and create aliases for the following e-mails:<br />a] forensic@domain.ovh<br />b] postmaster@domain.ovh (should have that one)<br />c] dmarc@domain.ovh<br />(you can choose what ever names you want for - forensic@domain.ovh and dmarc@domain.ovh)<br /><br />_dmarc<br />TXT<br />v&#61;DMARC1; p&#61;reject; ruf&#61;mailto:forensic@domain.ovh; rua&#61;mailto:postmaster@domain.ovh, mailto:dmarc@domain.ovh; pct&#61;100; adkim&#61;s; aspf&#61;s<br /><br />But please read on it so you understand what it does<br />#Add your DMARC record<br />https://support.google.com/a/answer/2466563?hl&#61;en<br /><br /><br />and<br />**https://www.mail-tester.com/**<br />(What score do you get when you send the e-mail here? Are there any errors?)<br />[When sending the test e-mail, use HTML and copy a large text into it from an random article :]<br />and you can always share the result if you get stuck with it.<br /><br />What is the &#34;ERROR&#34; message now in the e-mails sent to t-online.de domain?<br /><br /><br />Please let us know if you have managed to solve it and how.

I'm sorry but I forgot to inform the community, that after requesting OVH to set the DKIM record, I was able to communicate with Telekom customers from the one testing Pro Mail account that I own.

@CloudFairy: But thank you so much for your detailed explications. They are appreciated and I'll take them to memory for later need.

You are welcome
