Comment gérer les spams sur mon plan MX ? Je reçois toujours des mails importants (EDF ou gouv.fr) dans le dossier SPAM et je ne les vois que bien trop tard, j'aimerais pouvoir les ajouter en liste blanche.

Je lis mes mails via Outlook sur PC et via l'appli du smartphone, je ne remarque les spams que lorsque je suis devant le PC sur Outlook car j'ai plus facilement accès au dossier spam pour les vérifier, mais généralement je fais ça au maximum 2 fois dans la semaine.
Je n'ai pas trouvé non plus de liste blanche mais je me demandais s'il y avait quelque chose à faire pour ce genre d'emails pour qu'ils ne se retrouvent plus dans les spams ?

Vous êtes sur une infrastructure partagée où OVH utilise la technologie française de VadeSecure pour identifier ce qui est du spam et ce qui ne l'est pas.
Entre les deux il y a toute la zone grise où des messages à l'apparence commerciale sont en réalité des spams et pourraient ne pas être détectés ; et de l'autre des mails préformattés, souvent automatiques, et qui pourraient être reconnus à tort comme du spam.
C'est plus ou moins inévitable et il n'y a pas de bonne solution lorsque le mail est rentré sur votre inbox.
Supprimer tous les mails identifiés comme spam signifie que vous donnez votre bénédiction à ce filtre imparfait.
Pour moi la moins mauvaise des solutions est d'avoir son propre serveur mail.
Ne vous y méprenez pas: c'est une activité qui n'est pas accessible à monsieur-madame-tout-le-monde et c'est chronophage à mettre en place et à maintenir.
Le gros avantage à avoir son serveur mail, c'est posséder un paramètre supplémentaire dans l'équation: quelle est la réputation de l'adresse IP qui se connecte à mon serveur pour m'envoyer un mail ? Si ce mail provient d'une adresse IP pourrie, hé bien mon serveur refuse de réceptionner le mail en question. Si ce mail contient plusieurs caractéristiques d'un spam, mon serveur en refuse aussi la réception.
Refuser la réception aura pour effet qu'il n'y a rien dans votre inbox, mais aussi que le serveur envoyeur a la responsabilité de notifier l'expéditeur que l'envoi a échoué.
Ainsi il n'y a jamais de mail supprimé à l'insu de tout le monde.
Tout ce que j'explique ici, ce n'est pas disponible dans un hébergement de mail mutualisé, mais clairement OVH est parmi ceux qui offrent le moins d'options.
Dans cette problématique les tout gros hébergeurs de mail (Outlook.com, Gmail ...) marquent certainement un point en raison de la quantité de mails qu'ils voient passer, et peuvent ainsi entraîner mieux leurs filtres antispam.
il est possible de marquer comme non-indésirable, c'est remonté alors a notre solution anti-spam, depuis RoundCube ou OWA (même outlook de mémoire)

Pour le moment je n'ai aucun spam dans ma boîte Roundcube, pour tester.

J'ai bien reçu l'email EDF dans ma boite de réception cette fois-ci, dommage qu'il soit estampillé "[SPAM]" mais c'est déjà ça, je ne les raterai plus.
Malheureusement ça fonctionne au cas par cas, j'ai reçu un 2e email avec le même sujet et il est bien passé en boîte de réception, par contre j'en ai reçu un nouveau hier avec la même adresse d'expédition mais un sujet différent et il est reparti en spam.

EDF agit exactement comme les spammeurs: se faire passer pour EDF et utiliser deux noms de domaines qui ne sont pas EDF.

Merci de ces précisions, c'est vrai que c'est vraiment étrange ce qu'ils font, en plus 2 mails identiques d'un jour sur l'autre avec des adresses d'envoi différentes.
Plus j'y pense plus je me dis qu'ils devraient virer ce stagiaire qui a appris à coder chez les spammeurs.
Accorderiez-vous quelque crédibilité à un mail qui provient de support@1fr.comfr.com par exemple ?
