Free 100M hosting — Unable to activate despite DNS migration

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an issue with activating the free 100M hosting on my domain coach-thitosh.fr.

My domain was using Wix DNS servers until recently (ns8.wixdns.net / ns9.wixdns.net). I migrated to OVH servers (dns102.ovh.net / ns102.ovh.net) yesterday — they are currently being activated.

Despite several attempts, the hosting does not appear in Web Cloud > Hosting and the "Activate the free 100M hosting" button does not work.

A support ticket is open (CS15611458) but I was redirected to the billing team even though this is a purely technical issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Should I wait for DNS propagation to finish before trying again?

Preferably between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., or around 3 p.m., there is less waiting.

I currently have exactly the same problem with a .eu domain and another one in .fr.
Until Wednesday, May 6, the activation of the free hosting worked without any issues, and we could perform FTP transfers within an hour of the request.

Response on May 11 to my ticket regarding this issue:
"After checking with our services, the creation of free hosting was temporarily blocked. It should be resolved during the week." :woozy_face:
