Help: point my site using the URL and enable my SSL

Hello, I am a complete beginner.

I have two domain names and they seem to be correctly attached to the root folder.

but the IPv6 is not in the root folder and it seems I don't have an SSL.

I tried calling OVH's platform for help but couldn't reach them and I receive the message below.

Can anyone help me?

I see that you've created your website with the URL: http://terreae.cluster100.hosting.ovh.net/

If you want to link it to your domain, you'll need to set up URL rewriting via the .htaccess file.

Get a real useful guide.

The “one‑click” installation of OVH should be avoided, because it causes many problems (installation with the domain “xxx.clusterxxx”, in the “mail address” folder, etc.).

If it is a “one‑click” installation, the cleanest approach is to uninstall everything and install WordPress manually and properly.

You will never get an SSL certificate for the address http://terreae.cluster100.hosting.ovh.net/ which is not your domain and you must not use; you need to activate the SSL certificate on your own domain only.
What is your domain? The address of your site?
Send us a screenshot of what you have in your OVH “Multisite” space.

To be clearer.

I want my website to be linked to the domain name: terrealis.fr

And I have taken a Pro WordPress plan with the domain name: terrealis.eu and I tried to “merge” them and it seems that the SSL certificate is not activated.

For terrealis .fr and www.terrealis.fr you need to remove the dot before the www you should use only www

And then for a correct display of the site

In Settings > General
Enter in the two required address fields the full address of your site with your domain name
Example: https://www.mysite.fr or without the www if you prefer to use the address without the www.

Then in “Permalinks”
The links should have been automatically modified.
Simply click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page, the links should be corrected automatically.

What I see when entering your domain:

The next step is very simple and is done in the client area:

  1. Go to the Multisite tab of your hosting.

  2. Find the entry for terrealis.fr.

  3. Click the ... button on the right and select Modify domain.

  4. In the window that opens, change the “Root folder” field

    • Replace the current . with the folder where your site’s files are. According to your screenshots, that folder is www

  5. Repeat exactly the same process for terrealis.eu, and for www.terrealis.fr and www.terrealis.eu

By doing this, when someone accesses terrealis.fr, the server will look for the files inside the www folder instead of the root.

However, on the page below I still see the notice on my root folder: no valid confirmation was found in the DNS zone. To resolve the issue, add an AAAA record with the IPv6 address.

I don’t know how to do that.

And another matter, in my site’s toolbar: it says I’m not on https. How can I add SSL?
