How to change sender name when sending email from ovh?

Hi,
when I am sending email from my domain to a customer, he can see my real name and surname in his inbox (the name I set up OVH account with).
How can I change that?
(I am not asking to change the email address, but the sender name that is visible for the email receiver).

I've got MX plan, domain, hosting on ovh.

A partir de quel logiciel envoyez-vous vos e-mails ?
Ou bien est-ce à partir du webmail, styme Thunderbird ou bien Outlook ?
