I cannot connect my external domain "smartberry.pl" to hosting. I filled out all dns and A, AAA, TXT data with an external operator according to the instructions. When I add a domain in multisite for hosting it disappears after a few hours. I would like "smartberry.pl" to work like "smartberry.eu".

Had anybody found a solution to this? I've tried adding a domain multiple times now and it always ends up showing success message after a few minutes and the domain simply being gone from the list in Multisite tab.
Just change hosting. Really. If the support is not able to help you and nobody answers you – why not?
I had the same problem. I wrote to technical support tons of emails, called them, and even tried to find a manager in the office. But everything was useless. So I just changed to https://www.cloud4u.com/cloud-hosting/cloud-server/ https://www.cloud4u.com/cloud-hosting/cloud-server/ and it was the only solution I needed to do.
Sometimes you may need to change things. So you will be able to find something new for yourself.
