I need help 
I would like to know why I cannot renew any of the registered domains on my account manually?
Attempting to renew any domain results in receiving the error message: "The service [domain name] cannot be renewed".
Above I can see the error: "You have not selected the product or the period for which it is to be renewed, but the system asks me about the extension period and I indicate the domain by selecting the" Renew service "option from its menu.
I'm having the same problem for my VPS and having tried with a domain name unable to do so either. So, hopefully it's a problem their end they're sorting out. I have opened a ticket however.
Same here. Can't renew my VPS. It's about to go down and there is no way to renew it.
I hope this bug is fixed very soon.
For me (and hopefully others) this now appears to have resolved itself and I can renew.
