I have closed/shut down my vps because i no longer need the project hosted on it.
I had requested for a refund since 24 hours through the support ticket and still waiting for response.
Kindly refund my money because the vps is already shut down.

As far as I understand OVH does not offer refunds or guarantees for these purposes. But anyway I wish you the best of luck in getting it
