Je rencontre un problème sur mon vps. Depuis le vps, il est impossible de ping le serveur suivant sw-themes.com.
Ceci afin de pouvoir activer mon thème wordpress.
J'ai vérifié au niveau du parefeu mais aucun blocage n'est réalisé.
Comment faire svp ?
Ca ping dans le vide ou il y a un message d'erreur ? Que donne un wget ?

donc:
1) sw-themes ne bloque pas les ping
2) ou bien c'est quand même de votre VPS que ça ne sort pas
3) ou bien sw-themes a mis les IP d'OVH en liste noire. (ce qui n'est pas idéal pour vendre des themes, admettons-le)
Depuis mon pc à la maison ça ping aussi. Cependant depuis le serveur vps, aucun ping.

et ça ne ping pas du tout. Donc je confirme que la requête ne sort pas du serveur VPS.
J'ai vérifié le pare feu sur OVH, mais il n'y aucune règle qui bloquerait la requête.
ça ping bien chez moi depuis ligne orange, un vps et un kimsufi.

Donc par rapport au votre cela semble lâcher au niveau de l’interconnexion de zayo vers "unifiedlayer.com" qui est sans doute leur hébergeur et donc doivent faire du filtrage en entrée de leur réseau.

J'imagine qu'il n'y a aucune solution immédiate à mon problème et que cela ne vient pas directement de mon serveur vps.

En générale cela dépend du transitaire et visiblement depuis OVH c'est pas zayo le chemin privilégié pour aller chez l'hébergeur de sw-themes
