# Impossible de configurer email ovh exchange sur Outlook malgré les 2 tutos

Bonjour,  
Je me permets de créer un sujet concernant la configuration d'adresses email ovh exchange sur Outlook.  
  
J'ai essayé les deux tutos suivants :

Mais rien n'y fait.   
  
J'ai tenté de changer le mot de passe également depuis l'espace OVH mais ça n'a pas fonctionné non plus.  
   
Pour info, j'arrive à configurer sur le client mail de Windows 10 ces mêmes adresses. Mais impossible sur Outlook.

Bonjour,  
  
Je suppose que c'est de l'Activesync sur HTTPS et le HTTPS de ce serveur répond bien.  
A moins qu'il y ait des entrées manquantes ou fausses dans la panoplie "autoconfigure" de votre zone DNS, est-ce que ça fonctionnait avant et avez-vous modifié votre zone DNS ?
