Nous sommes une petite entreprise sans service informatique.
Depuis deux mois plus aucune réception de nos clients en adresse GMAIL.
Ce qui est nouveau c'est que depuis quelques semaines on reçoit des messages d'erreur.
On sait maintenant pourquoi notre CA est en baisse de 15%…
Nous n'avons absolument rien changé dans la configuration car de toutes façons nous n'en avons pas la compétence. Les sujets que j'ai lu concernant ce problème sont incompréhensible pour nous.
Ce n'est pas faute de faire 45 minutes d'attente en hotline ou d'ouvrir des tickets mais nous n'avons AUCUN retour.

Vous avez décidé d'héberger votre zone DNS chez Wix, et de ce fait vous devez ajouter votre SPF chez Wix et non chez OVH.
Vous devez savoir comment le faire, puisque vous y avez déjà introduit vos MX.
