Incorrect Quota

Hi - I have a 10 TB Hubic account. It says I have 9.98 TB "used" but I am syncing a few folders and the total should be 5.54 TB. My sync software "thinks" my quota is met and will no longer run. I have searched through my files on Hubic and I do not see any duplicates? I can't figure out why the quota is wrong? I've sent an email, but gotten no response… Is there anyone who can help me? I don't want to wipe the Hubic files and start over because the upload speed is capped and it would take two+ months to re-upload all the files.
