Bonjour tout le monde.
J'ai actuellement un vps au dessus il y a installer un serveur minecraft (uniquement)
Je rencontre un erreur tellement rare que personne n'a pue m'aider…
C'est incroyable je suis le seul sur cette terre à rencontrer ce problème (on m'a même dit que j'étais maudit)
J'utilise seulement java JDK 17.

simple : vous attribuer trop de RAM à votre JAVA (ce qui semble enclencher le "OOM Killer" oou une protection dans JAVA).
Dégager l'option -Xms10G et pour l'option -Xmx ne pas dépasser 28G (ce qui fait +/- 85% de la RAM car visiblement il y a 32Go).
Note : mettez tout ça dans une balise code, pour que ce soit moins "agressif" au niveau visuel.

C'est une solution qui va régler mon problème à cout sûr ?

cela va au minimum permettre de le démarrer, par contre vous allez avoir un problème à court terme car d'après les données que vous montrez le VPS n'a pas beaucoup de RAM de dispo (vu qu'il arrive même pas à attribuer 10Go).
Donc sans avoir l'intégralité des informations, oui cela va permettre de lancer le programme mais il va crash dès que la demande mémoire sera trop importante.

Le "programme" qui est un serveur de jeu ce lance comme il faut seulement il crash tout seul avec ce message d'erreur
Le serveur est capable de rester ouvert sans crasher pendant des heures. Mais pas une journée
j'ai 32Go de ram et 320 de stockage SSD

Désolé mais je ne peux pas effectuer cette commande car je suis en ce moment même entrain de réinstaller mon serveur avec pterodactyl.
J'ai maintenant écris la commande.

Je tiens à dire que ce qui cause le crash est le faite que m'a ram est en constante expansion de consommation. Jusqu'à le timeout, puis je redémarre et ça recommence

il faut regarder au moment voulu ce qui consomme la RAM (via htop par exemple).

il n'y a pas de message d'erreur dans la console tout semble fonctionné sauf qu'en arrière plan toute m'a ram ce consomme.

d'après les commande que vous avez posté au début : non vous lui spécifiez bien quoi consommer.
Dans ce cas bien précis je partirai déjà sur le fait de lancer le programme JAVA avec uniquement cet argument "-Xmx20G" et voir le comportement sur plusieurs heures/jours.
La consommation de RAM de JAVA devrais augmenter avec l'utilisation mais pas dépasser 20Go et si vraiment le programme a besoin de plus de 20Go ça va crash
