New Kimsufi user here.
I just set up a new server with Ubuntu 20.04 and I keep losing connectivity (SSH, Ping, FTP.. .it all just dies) to my server every 10 - 15 mins … and it stays dead until I restart it from the panel again.
Monitoring is disabled and I see "Server Status: Ok".
What am I doing wrong pls ?
I don't have information about Ubuntu. However, I also faced this issue with my website https://www.luxeairconditioning.com.au/ luxe air conditioning and then I contact with my Hosting support team. They sort out this issue with in Minutes. I also recommend you to contact them because they can guide you better

It appears to have been fixed for now. Fingers crossed.
And it's happening again.
About 15 mins or so after I remotely SSH successfully to my server… I get disconnected.
Ping, SSH, FTP… everything dies until I reboot the server from the Console… then it happens again ?
Can anyone urgently shed a light on this please ?
