Let's Encrypt certificate on multisite web hosting

I've recently configured a multisite hosting with custom domains and SSL enabled correctly (Let's Encrypt).

However, I noticed that when you check the certificate in any website you can see a list of all the existing domains/websites in your multisite hosting (under "Subject Alternative names" field).

This is a privacy issue. I wonder if there is a solution to avoid this or if you have any suggestion other than using non-letsencrypt certificates.

I would raise a ticket wih Support
https://www.ovh.com/manager/dedicated/#/support/tickets
requesting a "wildcard" certificate from Let’s Encrypt for your domain name,
that would be the only solution.

Please let us know what did they say.

"Hi! To the best of my knowledge, the only method for creating 'wildcard' certificates with Let's Encrypt is by using the DNS-01 challenge. I'm not certain if OVH supports this method, but even if it does, it would only be applicable to domain names managed by them. Unfortunately, some of my websites use external domains managed by Cloudflare, and OVH cannot use the DNS-01 challenge with those domains."
