Un abonné de l'une de mes mailings listes vient de me transférer le message ci-dessous. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider à comprendre ce message envoyé avec comme objet : "ezmlm warning".
Et surtout comment résoudre le problème.

j'ai expliqué le mécanisme dans ce post: https://community.ovhcloud.com/t/23511
sauf qu'ici c'est laposte.net utilisé par Sr Claire . Laposte.net a édicté une politique stricte pour interdire les falsifications de mails avec une adresse laposte et qui ne viennent pas de laposte.
Gmail applique strictement les instructions publiées par laposte et rejette le mail en conséquence.
Le fautif c'est OVH qui n'a pas mis à jour ses infrastructures de mailing list depuis 20 ans.
Les bisounours internet d'avant 2000 ne sont hélas plus d'actualité.

Donc si je comprends bien il s'agit d'un email envoyé par sr Claire (chez laposte) qui n'a pas été reçu par secretaire.generalcb@gmail.com du fait de la modification de l'objet et du contenu.
Si l'expéditeur envoyait un email depuis une adresse hébergée chez ovh (même nom de domaine que la mailing-liste) est-ce qu'on éviterait ce problème ?

Je ne suis pas en mesure de répondre. OVH ne répond pas sur le forum.
Une solution, s'il y a peu d'abonnés à cette mailing list c'est de faire une redirection d'une adresse vers plusieurs adresses.
Là où la mailing list détruit l'authenticité des messages (eh changeant le sujet et en ajoutant un pied de page), une redirection laisse le message intact, préservant donc la signature DKIM.
Quand il y a 5 ou 6 personnes ça va.
S'il y en a plus, je suggère un gestionnaire de listes comme groups.io.
Attention groups.io mémorise tous les messages qui passent, ceux restent consultables par les abonnés.
Une solution, s'il y a peu d'abonnés à cette mailing list c'est de faire une redirection d'une adresse vers plusieurs adresses.

Pas besoin... depuis l'espace client, si vous redirigez une adresse par exemple liste@b.org vers alice@b.org, une autre redirection de liste@b.org vers marie@b.org et une troisième redirection de liste@b.org vers madeleine@b.org, les 3 personnes reçoivent le message envoyé à liste@b.org.
A l'autre question, oui on éviterait le problème. Notoirement Yahoo et Laposte sont nos deux empêcheurs de tourner en rond car ils ont publié une politique stricte (via DMARC). Rien n'empêche d'autres de faire pareil.
